A converted attic in a Fairview house has been put up for rent online as a "penthouse apartment" for an eye-wateringly high monthly rent that sparked shock among house hunters.
The room was advertised on Daft.ie as an ensuite with a dormer window with a €2,250 per month price tag.
House hunters have expressed shock at the listing, which has since been removed from the site. One commenter wrote: "Jesus Christ, it's soul destroying".
Another commented "Why move to Manhattan or Miami" when renters could have "a luxurious penthouse" in Dublin.
