Construction set to start this autumn on 20 acre Stud Brook Business Park, Castle Donington

Castle Donington Clowes Developments

Groundworks are nearing completion at a 20-acre business park in north Leicestershire. JC Balls & Sons is carrying out the infrastructure work for Derbyshire-based Clowes Developments' on the Stud Brook Business Park, in Castle Donington.

The mixed-use scheme, based just off the Castle Donington bypass, will include office and industrial units for sale or let ranging in size from 1,500 to 45,000 sq ft – as well as shops. Clowes Developments said it had brought forward fresh site branding for Stud Brook Business Park ahead of naming a contractor to deliver the units at the start of autumn. It is anticipated that construction work will start in September.

James Richards, development director at Clowes Developments, said: "It’s great to see Stud Brook Business Park coming to life.
