Construction of housebuilder’s' £4.4m Gloucestershire office underway

Work has begun on a housebuilder’s new £4.4m regional office in Gloucestershire.

Midlands-based Deeley Construction has started work on Bloor Homes’ new purpose-built 18,000 sq ft base in Tewkesbury.

Bloor Homes said it had "outgrown" its base at Furrowfield Park, which has been its home for the past 14 years, and would replace it with a two-storey development being built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ status. The project is targeted for completion in October 2022.
