Conor McGregor is glad to be alive, after a car smashed through him from behind while he was out and about on his bike.
The 34-year-old is said to have been cycling through the Irish countryside, when a 'sun trap' caused a driver to hit him from behind - knocking him off his bike.
It seems as though the former UFC double champion was left unscathed, albeit shook up from the incident - spending time with the driver afterwards to calm and reassure him.

Taking to his official Instagram account this afternoon, Conor shared a photo of his bike in the middle of the road with his 46million followers. He captioned the image: "Got a bang of a car just now from behind. A sun trap, the driver couldn’t see me.
"Full spreed straight thru me. Thank you God, it wasn’t my time. Thank you wrestling and judo also. Having an awareness on the landing saved my life."
A couple of videos also accompanied the post. The first showed Conor surveying the scene of the accident saying that he was 'all good' while the apparent driver of the car said he was 'totally sorry'. Conor continued: "That's nasty, I could have been dead there mate.
"That car took the cream out of me bud. Jesus Christ.. I got away with my life there, boys."
Conor then wished the driver 'safe travels' before the man offered him a lift, to which the Notorious One obliged.
Filming the video in the car, Conor said: "I'm here with Nick," adding: "Nick's smacked me with his car. We've got the bike in the back. It wasn't our time Nick, that's all. God bless. We're f***in...we're still here, thank god. That's all that matters."
And Conor was praised by followers, friends, family and the mixed martial arts community for how he dealt with the harrowing situation. The Irishman's fiance Dee Devlin, wrote: "Beyond blessed babe Jesus Christ!!" while his coach John Kavanagh added a shocked emoji.
Fellow fighter, Kenny Florian, added: "Glad you’re ok man, wtf!" while Rob Lipsett, penned: "Handled it extremely well!"
