Conor McGregor made a hilarious Simpsons reference as he uploaded a picture of himself and John Kavanagh reviewing fighter CV's on this season of the Ultimate Fighter.
He was pictured with his head coach, as the pair contemplated the future of the current contestants on the 31st season of the show.
McGregor arrived at the UFC headquarters this week to coach the show for the first time since 2015.

The former Lightweight and Featherweight champion appeared to be quoting the Simpsons during the latest Instagram post.
"Good practice, team! Ok it's time for the easiest part of any coach's job.. the cuts," McGregor wrote via Instagram.
"Now, while I wasn't able to cut everyone I wanted to, I have cut a lot of you. Wendell is cut. Rudy is cut. Janey, you’re gone. Stephen, I like your hustle. That’s why it was so hard to cut you. Congratulations! The rest of you made the team! Except you, you and you."
McGregor is referencing the famous scene from The Simpsons when Homer becomes a football coach and proceeds to 'cut' virtually every child on the team for not being good enough.
The 34-year-old will fight Michael Chandler later this year following the filming of the well renowned Las Vegas based show.
The Crumlin native hasn't fought since July 2021, where he suffered a horrific leg injury against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.
