Conor McGregor once left a pair of red panties on Jose Aldo's hotel room door, the Brazilian has confirmed.

The Notorious and Aldo were once bitter enemies and had a heated back and forth for months before their featherweight title clash. Aldo went on to lose his belt in just 13-seconds as McGregor put an end to his decade long unbeaten streak, also breaking the record for the quickest finish in a UFC title fight.

Over the past few years, the former rivals have become fond of each other and McGregor often praises Aldo's career accomplishments on social media. The Brazilian, who was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame on Saturday night, confirmed a rumour in which McGregor reportedly left a pair of red panties on his hotel room door after he beat Frankie Edgar in 2016, reports The Mirror.
