Conor McGregor danced the night away in the Black Forge Inn after he flew in for sister Erin's surprise birthday party over the Bank Holiday weekend.
As the MMA star nears a return to the octagon, he showed no signs of that getting in the way of his bustling social life as he posted clips to Twitter and Instagram of the night's festivities.
McGregor's sister Erin celebrated her 41st birthday in Crumlin's Black Forge Inn, a pub owned by Conor and one with a special connection to the family going back down through the years.
On Twitter, the Irishman wrote: "The smoking area hopping out back at the @blackforgeinn ❤️"
Some fans on social media criticised McGregor for partying, outlining concerns that he would delay his return to fighting.
One said: "And this is why Conor is never gonna be champion again…."
While another concurred, saying: "This is the guy who's supposed to come back and win a fight? lmao I don't think so chief."
However, another user defended McGregor and praised him for enjoying downtime with his family.
They said: "This is what life is about. Enjoying your friends & family it’s priceless! Let that man live."
Taking to Instagram to mark her special occasion, Erin gushed about the 'amazing journey' she and her family are on.
She said: "Best night ever 40 plus 1 was definitely worth the wait.
"The @theblackforgeinn was where my family had a surprise 18th birthday party for me and here we are in the very same spot all brought together by @thenotoriousmma many years later.
"Making memories together in a pub and an area we grew up in. What an amazing day & night was had by all.
What a journey we are on. I still can’t believe it somedays [sic]."
