Conor McGregor added to his catalogue of bizarre late night social media posts by taking to Twitter to sing the Fields of Athenry in the early hours of Monday morning.
In the voice recording, McGregor can be heard belting out the famous tune at the top of his voice, the Irish Mirror reports.. He also appears to ask a person in the room for another can of Forged Irish Stout and says he is 'parched.' At the end of the clip, the Dubliner also appears to ask for a 'joint.'
A truly bizarre string of Tweets from The Notorious, who posted them at 6:10am Irish time. The Dubliner will return to the Octagon against Michael Chandler later this year and is expected to ramp up his training for that bout in the coming weeks.
