Congress hints at equal seat-sharing with Samajwadi Party in 2027 UP assembly polls

Lucknow, Newly-appointed Uttar Pradesh Congress in-charge Rajendra Pal Gautam on Wednesday hinted at an equal seat-sharing arrangement with the Samajwadi Party for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Addressing his first press conference as in-charge of the party here, Gautam said, "We will go into the elections with equality and respect."
