The Government says there definitely won't be a second test of the emergency alert system that sends messages to mobile phones today, despite their website saying there will be. The system was tested on Sunday at 3pm but many phones did to receive the alert.
The new system is designed to tell people if there is an emergency situation - such as flooding - which they need to take action to avoid.
The Government website has a message on it on Tuesday reading: "There will be a service test of the UK Emergency Alerts system today. Most mobile phones and tablets will not get a test alert.
