A woman who had both her colon and rectum removed oozes confidence as she shows off her stoma bag in bikini and lingerie shots. Holly Fleet says she has learned to love her new body and is happy to show it off on social media.

Calling herself 'Stoma Babe' the inspirational 28-year-old journalist Holly underwent an emergency operation to have a stoma bag fitted in November 2021. It came after a long battle with ulcerative colitis.

The crippling illness saw her need the toilet over 20 times a day and she frequently passed large amounts of blood. It eventually perforated her bowel.
