Concerns are growing after a woman who was last seen in Edinburgh four days ago was reported missing.
Police Scotland is seeking the public’s assistance in trying to locate Angela Hamilton, 49, missing from Kilmarnock.
Angela was last seen at around 4pm on either April 18 or 19 last week in Lauriston Gardens, Edinburgh.

Angela's family became concerned when she did not return to Kilmarnock from her trip in Edinburgh.
She is described as white, around 5ft. 6 inches in height, with a slim build and long, brown, wavy hair. While it is not known what she was wearing when last seen, but she usually wears blue jeans and a cream-coloured sleeveless puffer style jacket.
It is very unlike Angela to not be in touch with her family and she was reported missing to police on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate Angela and she often visits Glasgow and Edinburgh. Officers are also checking those locations.
Sergeant Stephen Edmond said: “Angela’s family is understandably concerned and they just want to know she is safe and well. I would ask anyone who has seen Angela or who has any information as to her whereabouts to contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 4130 of 21 April, 2023.
