Concerns grow for welfare of missing Scot last seen at Paisley train station

Police are urgently trying to locate a missing Scots man who disappeared after getting off of a train at Paisley Gilmour Street station.

Evan Reid was last seen in the Love Street area of the town around 10.10pm on Saturday, March 25.

The 31-year-old's disappearance is described as out of character and concern is growing for his welfare.

Worried pals have been scouring the area to trace and locate Evan who is described as being around 5ft 8in in height and of slim build.

When he was last seen he was wearing a khaki green jumper, a black body warmer, dark blue jeans and grey trainers.

Inspector Andy Macdonald said: “This is very out of character and concerns are growing for Evan’s welfare, we want to make sure he is safe and well.

“I am appealing for anyone who has seen Evan or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101, quoting incident 4112 of Saturday, 25 March, 2023.
