Charlotte Street Partners has announced several new hires to support its growth plans.
The Edinburgh-based communications agency's finance team is being expanded to include Rav Singh, who joins as fractional chief finance officer.
His previous roles include global chief finance officer at TLC Marketing Worldwide, chief executive at content marketing agency Caliber, finance director at MHP Communications and global chief operating officer at Grayling.
Rebecca Northcott, previously a brand manager at Johnston Carmichael, joins the agency as a brand and marketing manager, to support the senior management team and business development function.
The company, which will move from its headquarters in Edinburgh’s West End to new premises in Thistle Street to accommodate the expanded team, also has a new senior client manager in Anna Dickens, who was formerly campaigns consultant for the National Union of Students.
Meanwhile, Fergus McGowan joins as a client manager, from the parliamentary office of Finance Secretary Kate Forbes. He will continue in his role as managing director at Askival Rum, a business he co-founded in 2019.
Recent graduates John Cumming, Rochelle Blakeman and Phoebe O’Caroll-Moran will also become associates.
Charlotte Street Partners has also hosted interns from The Robertson Trust scholarship programme and Black Professionals Scotland throughout the summer.
Malcolm Robertson, co-founder of Charlotte Street Partners, said: "Recruiting talent in these difficult times is not easy, so we are pleased to have attracted some of the industry’s best up and coming people.
"We want people who work with us to grow and develop themselves but also to take the opportunity they have here to challenge us, helping us in turn become better employers."
