Fullback - Richie Myler (Leeds Rhinos)
This was one of the harder selections. Will Hopoate has been outstanding for Saints when he's been on the field and produced some match-winning displays. However, he has only managed ten Super League appearances this season and that makes him hard to select over Myler, who has been consistently good for the Rhinos this season.
With ten tries and 12 assists to his name this campaign, it's hard to not give the edge to Myler while respecting how good Hopoate has been during his time on the field.
Tommy Makinson (St Helens)
To many, the best winger in the league. Makinson has been at the top for years, a key performer for Saints during their dominance at the top of Super League and now an obvious selection for his country at the World Cup. This was an easy one.

Mark Percival (St Helens)
It seems hypocritical to include Percival given we left Hopoate out due to a lack of games. Percival has only played nine times this season but he gets the nod due to his previous record.
Again, he is widely recognised as one of the best centres in the league and he's proved it in the big games too. He would get in any side across Super League.
Zak Hardaker (Leeds Rhinos)
On the quiet, Hardaker has been excellent for a number of weeks now, really ramping up at the end of the year. Defensively he remains one of the best players in the game and though he may have lost just a yard of pace, he remains a solid performer you'd rather have in your team than against it. He's also shown attacking qualities, particularly in the games against Castleford and Catalans, where he made clean breaks.
Ash Handley (Leeds Rhinos)
Handley has been one of the best wingers in Super League this season and can consider himself unlucky to have received neither Dream Team nor England recognition. He is Super League's top metre maker this season and will be a major boost for the Rhinos should he win his race against time to be fit to play at Old Trafford.
Jonny Lomax (St Helens)
Not sure a great deal of explanation is needed here. By his peers, he is rated as one of, if not the, best player in Super League. He proves it each and every week too. An outstanding performer who will be remembered for a long time.
Jack Welsby (St Helens)
Again, a pretty pointless exercise explaining this selection. He has been one of the most prolific players in Super League in the last two seasons with his number of tries and assists a match for anyone. He is still only 21 too which only makes his future all the more exciting. He has the world at his feet and looks set to dominate Super League for years to come.
Mikolaj Oledzki (Leeds Rhinos)
The leader of the Rhinos pack. Oledzki is a machine, regularly posting massive metres and high volume of tackles. A modern-day forward who has quickly risen and become one of the best props in Super League.
James Roby (St Helens)
The GOAT, or so he is regarded at St Helens. Super League's all-time leading appearance maker, St Helens' all-time appearance maker. A club legend. Say what you like about his career so far but he is still Super League's and England's best hooker at the grand old age of 36.
Agnatius Paasi (St Helens)
In the absence of Alex Walmsley, Paasi isn't a bad replacement. Some would argue he has out-shone Big Al this season but regardless of that, he has proven to be a fantastic addition and has produced several man-of-the-match performances. His destructive carries have blown many opponents away.
Joe Batchelor (St Helens)
An incredible ascent this year. The departure of James Bentley ensured he would be entrusted with even more responsibility and he has stepped up to the plate. The former York man has one of the biggest engines in Super League, does more work than the vast majority and is a great line-runner too, which results in a number of tries. Deservedly called up to the England squad this year.
James Bentley (Leeds Rhinos)
The former Saint endured a nightmare start to the season with his new club but has come on leaps and bounds under Rohan Smith. He was nothing short of immense last week and is now right back to his best. A Grand Final winner with the team he will look to topple on Saturday, Bentley is the ultimate competitor. He gets the nod over some tough competition in the shape of Sione Mata'utia, Curtis Sironen, Rhyse Martin and Morgan Gannon.
Morgan Knowles (St Helens)
The man of the moment after his successful, and controversial, appeal. But it doesn't overshadow just how good he is. He's been named in four consecutive Dream Teams, has won three straight Grand Finals and is simply outstanding. Arguably the best player in Super League, and certainly among the best forwards.
