A Colvend dairy farmer has joined the NFU Scotland team in the south-west as regional manager for Dumfries and Galloway.
Tracey Roan moves to her union role from Scottish Land and Estates where she worked as a regional support officer.
Prior to that she spent 10 years working as a housing officer for a local association.
