The Indianapolis Colts ruled out running back Jonathan Taylor and cornerback Julius Brents ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Tennessee Titans on Friday.
Taylor underwent surgery to repair a thumb injury he suffered in Week 12 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He’s expected to miss at least 2-3 weeks, and the Colts will lean on Zack Moss to carry the load in his absence.
Brents still has not participated in practice since suffering a quad injury against the Cleveland Browns in Week 7. It still isn’t clear when he will be able to return.
Meanwhile, center Ryan Kelly is expected to clear the concussion protocol after practicing in full all week.
