The terrifying moment a three-man knife fight broke out on a Tube station platform has been caught on camera by a horrified passenger.
One victim in his 20s was rushed to hospital with a head injury, police said.
He was attacked at Colliers Wood station on the Northern line shortly before 10.30am on December 17.
Footage shows him lying on the floor while two thugs lay into him - violently stamping on his body and kicking him in the head four times.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers attended Colliers Wood Underground station following reports of a fight between three young men involving knives.
“A man in his 20s was arrested at the station on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
“He has been taken to hospital with injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing. Enquiries are ongoing.”
There were initially severe delays across the Northern line due to the incident, but they have now eased.
Colliers Wood station remains closed as police investigate.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.29am on December 17 to reports of a stabbing at Colliers Wood Underground Station, SW19.
“We sent resources to the scene including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a paramedic in a fast response car.
“We treated a man for a head injury and took him to hospital.”
