Coleen Rooney pictured on holiday in Dubai as she awaits ‘Wagatha’ trial verdict

Coleen Rooney has been pictured with her family in Dubai as she awaits the verdict of her high-profile legal battle against Rebekah Vardy.

Coleen and her husband Wayne jetted off to the United Arab Emirates with sons Kai, 12, Klay, eight, Kit, six, and Cass, four, as well as Coleen’s parents Colette and Tony McLoughlin.

The couple departed from Manchester Airport last Thursday after being given permission by the judge to be absent from the libel court case that overran.

Former England star Wayne delighted fans after posting a photo on Instagram showing a cute snap of him alongside his wife and four sons at the courtyard of their hotel.

Coleen, who is wearing an off-the-shoulder blue dress, can be seen smiling as her husband puts his arm around her.

The couple are believed to have planned a vacation to coincide with the end of the hearing at the High Court.

But they missed the final day after the case was extended for a day to allow the opposing barristers to prepare their closing speeches.

Coleen’s barrister David Sherborne apologised to the judge but said they had a “long-standing travel arrangement with their four children”.

Mrs Justice Steyn replied: “I don’t take offence.”

The Rooneys had attended every previous day of the hearing.

Dubai is a favoured destination of theirs, with Mrs Rooney often posting pictures online of their breaks there.
