Tickets for Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour went on sale on Thursday, August 25 and as fans rushed to buy tickets for their initial June 2023 date a second show at the Principality Stadium went on sale. This means that Coldplay will now be in Cardiff on June 6 and June 7, 2023.
Thousands of fans logged on at 10am to get tickets for the extra tour dates, which were announced last week by the band after a run of six nights at Wembley. Frontman Chris Martin along with guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer Will Champion and creative director Phil Harvey, will be playing two shows in Manchester and one night in Cardiff as part of the extra tour dates.

Tickets were on sale via Ticketmaster and SeeTickets from 10am Thursday August 25, in what's expected to be two packed arenas. Since the band kicked off their World Tour in South America last year they have sold over one million tickets, and demand to catch a glimpse of the band live, for potentially the last time, is rising.
But, as the second date was announced, Ticketmaster seemed to freeze and not offer an option to select tickets to some excited fans. Keep updated on how this situation develops over in our live blog, here.
