In a recent development, it has come to light that Cohen, the individual behind Resolution Consultants LLC, checked 'No' on a form regarding the entity's association with political fundraising or Political Action Committees (PACs). This entity, established by Cohen in Delaware, was described as being involved in management consulting, including HR and marketing services.
During testimony, Farro, a key witness, mentioned that Cohen's account was intended for 'real estate' purposes. However, despite the paperwork indicating the entity's function as management consulting, Cohen was the sole authorized signatory for the account.
Farro further revealed that the bank had taken the necessary steps to set up Cohen's account, but it was never funded. This lack of funding meant that no deposits were made into the account, resulting in it never becoming operational.
