Coffee Prices Underpinned by Frost Concerns in Brazil

September arabica coffee (KCU25) Wednesday closed up +5.00 (+1.69%), and September ICE robusta coffee (RMU25) closed up +11 (+0.33%).

Coffee prices settled higher on Wednesday due to frost risks in Brazil.  Meteorologist Climatempo forecasted Tuesday that a cold front will advance through Brazil's coffee-growing regions later this week, potentially bringing crop-damaging frost to the area.
