Coffee Prices Undercut by Weakness in Brazilian Real

Dec arabica coffee (KCZ23) this morning is down -1.60 (-1.06%), and Nov ICE robusta coffee (RMX23) is down -5 (-0.20%).

Coffee prices this morning are under pressure and posted 2-week lows.  Weakness in the Brazilian real is bearish for coffee prices.  The real (^USDBRL) today fell to a 3-3/4 month low against the dollar, encouraging export selling by Brazil's coffee producers.
