Coffee Prices Tumble as Dryness Concerns Ease in Brazil and Vietnam

May arabica coffee (KCK25) today is down -11.90 (-3.04%), and May ICE robusta coffee (RMK25) is down -109 (-2.00%).

Coffee prices today added to Wednesday's losses, with arabica falling to a 1-month nearest-futures low and robusta dropping to a 2-1/4 month nearest-futures low.  Forecasted rains for Brazil are easing dryness concerns and fueling long liquidation in coffee futures.  Meteorologist Climatempo has forecast widespread showers for Brazil's coffee-growing regions later this week.
