Coffee Prices See Support from Tight Supplies

Ice Brazil may Vietnam International Coffee Organization USDA

May arabica coffee (KCK24) today is up +1.50 (+0.81%), and ICE robusta coffee (RMK24) is up +5 (+0.15%).

Coffee prices continue to see support from tight inventories.  ICE-monitored robusta coffee inventories on February 21 fell to a record low of 1,958 lots, although they recovered modestly to 2,432 lots on Monday.  ICE-monitored arabica coffee inventories fell to a 24-year low of 224,066 bags on November 30, although they recovered moderately to a 4-3/4 month high Monday of 431,157 bags.
