
July arabica coffee (KCN23) on Monday closed down -2.80 (-1.46%), and July ICE robusta coffee (RMN23) closed up +41 (+1.58%).
Coffee prices Monday settled mixed, with July robusta a posting a contract high and near-futures robusta (K23) rallying to a record high (data from 2008). Arabica was under pressure Monday after the USDA's FAS predicted Colombia's 2023/24 coffee production will climb +2% to 11.6 mln bags. Colombia is the world's second-largest arabica bean producer.
