Coffee Prices Firm on Strength in the Brazilian Real

Dec arabica coffee (KCZ23) this morning is up +0.05 (+0.03%), and Nov ICE robusta coffee (RMX23) is up +45 (+1.85%).

Coffee prices this morning are moving higher, with robusta coffee climbing to a 1-week high.  Today's rally in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) to a 1-1/2 week high is supporting coffee prices.  A stronger real discourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.  Gains in arabica are limited by coffee harvest pressures in Brazil.
