Coffee Prices Erase Early Gains as the Brazilian Real Weakens

Sep arabica coffee (KCU23) this morning is down -1.55 (-0.93%), and Sep ICE robusta coffee (RMU23) is down -23 (-0.86%).

Coffee prices this morning gave up early gains and turned lower.  Weakness in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) is weighing on coffee prices today after the real dropped to a 3-week low against the dollar.  A weaker real encourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.
