Coffee Prices Close Higher on Global Crop Concerns

Ice Brazil USDA Mar ICE Vietnam El Nino ICO International Coffee Organization the USDA FAS

March arabica coffee (KCH24) on Thursday closed up +0.25 (+0.13%), and Mar ICE robusta coffee (RMH24) closed up +67 (+2.34%).

Coffee prices Thursday settled moderately higher, with arabica climbing to a 1-week high.  Concerns about dry conditions in Brazil boosted coffee prices, with forecasts for only scant showers in Brazil's coffee regions over the next week.
