Coffee Moderately Higher on Strength in the Brazilian Real

May arabica coffee (KCK23) this morning is up +0.45 (+0.27%), and May ICE robusta coffee (RMK23) is up +46 (+2.12%).

Coffee prices this morning are moderately higher. Strength in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) is supporting gains in coffee after the real today rose to a 1-3/4 month high against the dollar. The stronger real discourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.
