Coffee Climbs on Brazilian Real Strength and Tight Supplies

Dec arabica coffee (KCZ23) this morning is up +2.40 (+1.56%), and Nov ICE robusta coffee (RMX23) is up +14 (+0.59%).

Coffee prices this morning are moderately higher, with arabica posting a 3-1/2 week high and robusta posting a 2-week high.  Strength in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) is bullish for coffee prices as the real today climbed to a 2-week high against the dollar.  The stronger real discourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.
