Cocoa Prices Slip on Rain Forecasts for the Ivory Coast

September ICE NY cocoa (CCU25) today is down -220 (-2.67%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU25) is down -3 (-0.05%).

Cocoa prices today gave up an early advance and turned lower, with NY cocoa falling to a 1.5-week low.  Forecasts for rain in the Ivory Coast later this week have sparked long liquidation in cocoa futures.
