Cocoa Prices Settle Mixed on Consolidation Above Recent Lows

September ICE NY cocoa (CCU26) on Wednesday closed down -16 (-0.31%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU26) closed up +1 (+0.03%).

Cocoa prices settled mixed on Wednesday as they consolidated above Tuesday’s 3.5-week lows. Losses in cocoa were limited after StoneX on Wednesday cut its 2026/27 global cocoa surplus estimate to 25,000 MT from a forecast of 149,000 MT in April, citing risks to the West African cocoa crop from an expected El Niño.
