An NI man has opened up on being diagnosed with testicular cancer at just 17-years-old, which then spread across his body.

Daniel Simpson, originally from Comber, says being ill helped him focus on how he wanted his life to look.

The 35-year-old had noticed a huge swelling in one of his testicles but was too embarrassed to tell anyone.
