A Co Antrim takeaway has been named as one of the best Fish and Chip spots in the UK.
Named by Fry Magazine, the leading trade publication for the fish and chip shop sector, at their annual award ceremony, The Friary, Carrickfergus was ranked in the top 50.
The UK’s' 50 Best Fish & Chip Takeaways 2022/2023' see judges go into premises unannounced and secretly scrutinise a host of aspects including the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the premises, staff knowledge, value for money, ease of ordering and social media presence.
