BENGALURU: Chief minister Basavaraj Bommai has extended his stay by a day at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, to “attend unscheduled business-to-business meetings” and will now return to Bengaluru on Friday. Bommai was originally scheduled to return on Thursday.
Bommai is said to have held sectorwise meetings with heads of business houses and industrialists and provided a clear, concise picture of the state’s incentive schemes and policies.The team then held an internal assessment of the meetings.
