A woman whacked another female over the head with her stiletto during a nightclub row. The victim was left with cuts to the head, a court heard.
As reported on Birmingham Live, the incident occurred at Rosies, on Broad Street, Birmingham. It happened in October 2019.
It was accepted that 23-year-old Olivia Mahon, of Arthur Street, Birmingham, acted out of 'excessive self defence' when the complainant ran towards her. However, it was the second time in four months Mahon had attacked someone on a night out having punched a man and woman in a car park in a previous incident, Birmingham Crown Court heard.
