Swansea City once again sent players out on loan in January to get regular game time elsewhere.
The Swans have a number of contract concerns ahead of the summer, with first-team players Ryan Manning, Joel Latibeaudiere and Kyle Naughton all seeing their current deals expire.
The likes of Luke Cundle and Matty Sorinola will also return to Wolves and Union SG respectively when their loans at the Swansea.com Stadium come to an end.

So there could well be places in the squad for those currently away on loan with the Swans in the future.
Here's how they're all currently faring.
Kyle Joseph (Oxford United)
The 21-year-old enjoyed an impressive start to life at the Kassam Stadium, scoring key goals against the likes of Morecambe and Burton Albion.
His versatility and high energy has been a huge plus for Karl Robinson's side - who have deployed the former Wigan Athletic frontman as a striker and a right-sided attacker during his time at the club.
But Joseph was dealt a huge blow in November as he sustained an ankle injury in a 1-1 draw with Shrewsbury Town. Fortunately, he did not require surgery and returned to action in mid-January in stunning style.
On what was his first appearance in more than two months, Joseph scored a sublime solo goal against Fleetwood Town within a minute of coming off the bench in the second half.
Joseph's Swansea contract runs through until the summer of 2025, and, like Morgan Whittaker, his situation could well change once his spell with Oxford comes to an end.
Brandon Cooper (Forest Green Rovers)
The defender was unfortunate not to be sent out on loan in the summer but ultimately secured a switch to Forest Green Rovers in early January amid a raft of interest from English Football League clubs.
But it has been far from plain sailing for the Welshman since he moved to Gloucestershire.
Rovers sacked Ian Burchnall just four matches into Cooper's time with the club, replacing him with Everton legend Duncan Ferguson who has overseen two defeats in his reign so far.
Fortunately from Cooper's perspective, he has started six successive matches and completed the full 90 minutes in both games under Ferguson to date which shows the faith the Scot has in the Swansea academy product.
"He's been really good for us," Cooper said on Ferguson's impact. "We haven't been able to repay him yet with the results. He's going to keep pushing us every day to do everything we can to get the points we need.
"It's a good group, we just need to find more every time we step out there. I think he'll get that out of us.
"We're a bit more of a robust team now and there's a bit more of an understanding as to what we want to do off the ball. Hopefully we can turn that into points now."
The 23-year-old's Swansea deal runs through until the summer of 2024, although the club do hold a 12-month extension option.
Nathanael Ogbeta (Peterborough United)
As with Cooper, Ogbeta could and should have gone out on loan last summer, but, through no fault of his own, ended up staying at SA1.
He was snapped up by Darren Ferguson last month and has featured in Peterborough United's wins over Portsmouth and Forest Green Rovers - the latter of which saw him come up against Cooper and former Swan Jordon Garrick.
It's fair to say The Posh have long been admirers of the 21-year-old. Darragh MacAnthony took to Twitter to express his relief, tweeting: “Buzzing to announce at the fifth time of trying over last 18 months the loan signing of LB/LWB Nathanael Ogbeta from Swansea on loan until till end of season.”
Dan Williams (The New Saints)
After spending the second half of the last campaign on loan at Irish side Dundalk, the Wales under-21s international has been shipped out again this season, joining JD Cymru Premier champions The New Saints.
The midfielder has made 19 appearances in all competitions under boss Craig Harrison, netting twice, and it's fair to say the TNS boss is a keen admirer of his abilities in the middle of the park.
Shortly after the 21-year-old's arrival, Harrison said: "Dan has been at Swansea for a long time and has been in and around the first team for the last two to three years. His arrival brings more quality options in the midfield area and keeps competition very high.
"He has a very good range of passing, is very comfortable in possession and can also score goals from outside the box. He's a very good footballer and will fit in with the style of football that we want to play."
