Clowes Developments sells Coventry site to Persimmon

Clowes Developments Coventry Persimmon Homes

Housing developer Persimmon Homes has acquired a site for a new residential project.

Derbyshire firm Clowes Developments has sold the land in Coventry which has consent for 223 units ranging from two to four bedrooms.

There will also be 25 per cent affordable housing provision at the scheme in Burnaby Road.
