Closure of French language centre in Tehran prompts row between France and Iran

Top level diplomatic discussions were underway on Monday between France and Iran after Iranian authorities shut a French-language centre affiliated with the French embassy in Tehran.

According to Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency, Tehran prosecutor's office said the closure followed a court ruling.
