'Close range' gunshot involved in alleged double murder

One of two men who were allegedly murdered during an argument over drugs was killed by a bullet likely fired at extreme close range, a court has heard.

Adam Jayson Bird and Keera Power faced Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday for a committal hearing, each charged with murdering Daytona James Paul, 23, and Aaron Davis, 37, at Caboolture north of the city on April 17, 2021.
