Soccer Aid viewers have praised Liverpool-born singer, songwriter, television presenter, and footballer Chelcee Grimes for wearing the number 97 for the World XI.
The 30-year-old was first-half substitute for Heather O'Reilly and people were quick to notice the Scouser pay a tribute of her own to the 97 Hillsborough victims.
It was the second time she had worn the number 97 after wearing it in 2021 as the World XI beat England thanks to Lee Mack's goal at the Etihad.
