A REVIEW commissioned by representatives of St Andrews rector Stella Maris has concluded there is an “arguable” case that she was subjected to disability discrimination and racist treatment by university officials, The National can reveal.
The review was carried out by senior barrister Philip Dayle of 39 Essex Chambers after Maris raised a series of complaints against the university and senior figures within its governing court.
