Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke’s grandmother died at their native village of Santuk Pimpri after being unwell for the past few days, while the party leader remained in Delhi following his detention by police at the airport on Saturday.

Delhi Police has communicated to Abhijeet Dipke about the demise of his grandmother. It is now up to him whether he wants to stay back and continue the protest under detention or fly back for the last rites, Delhi Police sources said.
