Pharma major Cipla on Thursday reported a net profit of Rs 789 crore for the first quarter of FY27, marking a sharp 39% decline from Rs 1,298 crore posted in the same quarter of the previous financial year. The net profit is attributable to the owners of the parent company.
The company’s revenue from operations remained largely unchanged at Rs 7,119 crore, up just 2.3% from Rs 6,957 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, Cipla said in a regulatory filing.
