Irish radio presenter, columnist and former GP Ciara Kelly has given her followers some major motivation to get a few bits organised in our own homes by sharing her conservatory room renovation in her Dublin property.
The Newstalk Breakfast presenter admitted that her conservatory had dissolved into a kind of junk room, filled with plastic bags, languishing exercise equipment and spare cushions, RSVP reports.
She explained that the conservatory had been added on to the property by the previous owner, and before fixing it up, Ciara and her husband Eoin O'Mahony had been considering just knocking it down.

Posting a before and after picture to her social media, Ciara showed off the dramatic transformation she managed to pull off - and for such a night and day transformation, Ciara did not break the bank.
She shared that the renovation cost her €350 in total, and that she did much of the heavy lifting herself, keeping the costs down.
In the first snapshot, the bright and potentially airy room is painted a drab pastel blue, and is cluttered up with household junk.
In the second snap, it is utterly unrecognisable, with the sun room painted with stylish black walls that compliment the previously unnoticed black and white tiled floors.
In the place of piles of bedding and dust bunnies sits a gorgeous wooden table, with six mismatched suede pink dining chairs. The overall look is eclectic, fashionable and relaxing, with dinner candles, dried flowers and a statement ox skull art work mounted on the wall.
"We had a tumble down 1980s conservatory on the back of our house … not even builder built - it was built by a former owner/DIY enthusiast," Ciara told her followers.
Explaining her method, she said: "I thought I would knock it and @DermotBannon the sh*t out of it when we bought but construction inflation and cost of living etc means that now is not the time for that… but was completely sick of looking at it and the junk room it had become… so I took off the broken plaster and patched the walls."
"I primed the PVC and aluminium so u could paint it & voila … a sun room that opens up the back of the house for very little money... probably about €350 & a bit of elbow grease."
