CIA director Bill Burns is expected to travel to Paris on Friday for further talks with President Donald Trump. Israeli, Qatari, and Egyptian officials are engaged in ongoing negotiations regarding the estimated 100 living hostages still held by terrorists in Gaza. Families of the hostages are urging officials to secure a deal, particularly for the six American Israeli hostages, including 35-year-old Sigi Dekelchen.
Jonathan Dekelchen, Sigi's father, expressed frustration over the pace of negotiations during a recent meeting with U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. He emphasized the need for all parties involved to intensify efforts as time is critical for the hostages' safety.
