Christine McGuinness has been told 'it's good to see' as she was seen smiling from ear-to-ear after sharing her own personal progress. The former model and TV star was flooded with comments as she took to Instagram with a string of snaps of her struggling to hide her pearly whites.
Mum-of-three Christine looked relaxed and happy as she dined out with a pal. The 35-year-old sported a black bandeau dress for the outing which showed off her bronzed glow while her blonde locks had been styled with a soft curl around the ends and her bangs tucked behind her ears.
The trio of candid images showed Christine beaming for the camera while in one she appeared to be trying to grab the phone before sitting back and smiling

Captioning the post, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star penned to her 711,000 followers: "Every time you thought you couldn't move forward, you did. Take a moment to appreciate how strong and capable you are."
And it wasn't long before she was being inundated with comments including from her pal and Blue singer Duncan James who wrote: "Love this. Love u."
@ashhhr90 said: "You and that smile are just too beautiful!" @paulchambers107 commented: "Love your smile so much and it's so good to see." @an.dy3719 wrote: "Lovely photo & you will always be strong no matter what happens so keep going."
@slimmerbazzz replied: "Your smile is so infectious honestly you make so many people smile thank you for that." @bert_gnomes commented: "You look stunning and happy. Keep breaking us hurdles..." @becky_spaghetti616 shared: "Such a nice photo , you look so happy and relaxed." @mummaoftwoboysandagirl added: "I know how hard this can be thanks for sharing."
And on her Instagram Story, Christine explained part of the reason for her huge smile as she made some personal progress in regard to her autism diagnosis. She was diagnosed with the lifelong developmental disability aged 33 after all three of her children, who she shares with ex-husband Paddy, were also diagnosed.
She has since turned her attention to campaigning, including as an ambassador for Caudwell Children and earlier this year, Christine was seen uncovering a hidden world of thousands of autistic women in her BBC One documentary Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism.
Sharing the same pictures to her Instagram Story, Christine shared: "I tried a new restaurant and new food... It was ok, I don't think I'll go back because the smell and taste of the food was too strong for me personally but I tried it so that's good."
It comes after Christine admitted that she rarely gets her five-a-day and claimed her beige-heavy diet was down to her autism. Earlier this year in a Q&A with the Daily Mail's Good Health, she confessed to living on pasta, pizza, potatoes, toast and bagels and said she has never tasted a tomato.
"'One of the most common autistic traits is an oversensitivity to certain foods," Christine said but she also shared how she has a 'very sweet tooth' and when asked about her 'vices' she spoke of her love of Jelly Babies, wine gums and Curly Wurlys.
