Christine McGuinness beamed in buttercup yellow as she dazzled on the red carpet at the MEN Pride of Manchester 2023. The model looked stunning as she coordinated with a pal at the awards to recogise acts of bravery, long-lasting battles against the odds, or inspirational campaigning at Manchester's Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.
The mum-of-three was on great form as she took fans behind-the-scenes in her hotel room as she got ready for the tear-jerking ceremony. After a facial she had a wash and blow dry before donning her backless gown.
She looked excited as she spoke into the camera in a clip shared on her Instagram Stories alongside her friend, who also wore a sunshine-hue dress for the event. "Finally ready. I'm only about 40 minutes late and that's good for me," she said. The star chose a bronze makeup pallette with a glossy caramel lip gloss for the occasion.

Christine recently celebrated the launch of inclusive clothing brand We Are H-E-R with her friend Catherine Farrell. She was hailed as an 'inspiration' as she reflected on their achievements.
"Imagine 4 weeks after launching a new business with your bestie, you fly to Ibiza for 3 nights on a shoot we’re just 2 ASD mamas absolutely winging this dream to create 1 brand created for women, by women @weare___her #DreamComeTrue," she wrote on her Instagram last week. "I can’t wait to show you what we have available very soon! #goals #blessed #grateful #OwnBrand."
Catherine Tyldesley cheered: "Go on girl!!!" Sharon Flynn applauded: "Wow well done!!!! You rock!!!" And Rose praised: "Thank you for being such a role model. I am going through a diagnosis for Autism and you speaking out is amazing. So thank you."
Leah Benjamin said: "U did imagine it! And done it! Very proud of you don’t even know you but ur smashing it xxxx wish u all the best." And Bee Ffree said: "You are absolutely stunning and such an inspiration, using yout platform.. the right way.. bravo young lady."
In 2021 Christine was diagnosed with autism, aged 33. In a post on Instagram at the time, she wrote: "I got my diagnosis a few months ago. I have felt different my whole life. Honestly, I am relieved to finally understand myself!"
Her diagnosis came after all three of her children, who she shares with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness, were also diagnosed with the developmental disability. Christine has since become an autism campaigner and recently released her first solo documentary, Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism, with the BBC. It followed the first film she did with Paddy, Our Family and Autism, which explored how the lifelong condition affected their family life.
