Christine McGuinness says she's 'embarrassed herself' as she details nightly battle

Christine McGuinness has said she 'embarrassed' herself as her nightly battle caught up with her while getting a beauty treatment. The former model took to her Instagram Story to share what happened when she headed to get her eyelashes done on Tuesday evening.

Sitting back in her car, Christine spoke to the camera and said: "I've just embarrassed myself, again" before laughing: "I meant, I do it on the daily... nothing new!"

She then went on the explain what happened and shared how she is battling a common sleep disorder. "I don't sleep, I have insomnia. I've not told you about this before. At the minute it's really bad so I'm not sleeping very good and I've just been to get my eyelashes done and I have fell asleep."

The 34-year-old burst out laughing as she replicated how she was laying with her mouth open. "You know when you wake yourself up... Oh f**k sake. I don't snore though. I could hear the music kind of. Ah, I must have needed it but that's it now. That's a proper danger nap."

Christine then sarcastically added: "That's going to mean I'm up all night which is just stunning. I love that for me. Can't wait. Can't wait to sit on my own and talk to myself." But she then laughed as she said: "Well I'm talking to myself all day on here."

And while still awake, the former The Real Housewives of Cheshire star decided to take to her main Instagram grid and post and video of her dazzling in a variety of different gowns. She looked gorgeous in a strapless royal blue number which boasted a thigh-high split before being seen sporting a black dress with featured long sleeves and again, a thigh-high split.

The third gown was a sparkling blue number that wrapped around one shoulder and featured multiple cut-outs at the top. Each dress was paired with a sparkling pair of silver heels while her blonde tresses had been styled into soft curls.

And there were plenty of compliments being written in the comments. @amandaadams1969 said: "You look stunning." @yosser64 wrote: "Absolutely STUNNING." @ojmarko replied: "Absolute Stunner." @millsy1306 posed: "Absolutely gorgeous in all those dresses." @mrsrogers13 added: "So so so so so so so so so *** deep breath*** so so so beautiful."

It coms after Christine cryptically teased that she's been offered a 'new job' before cheekily adding that it will 'cause trouble'. It was reported last week that the former model is apparently working on her first solo TV project since she split from Paddy McGuiness last year.

The reports claim that she is working on a second BBC documentary following her own Autism and ADHD diagnosis following the success of her one-off programme with Top Gear host Paddy, Our Family and Autism, which saw the pair meet other parents, experts and people on the autism spectrum as their own three children all have the developmental disability.

"So I've been offered a job," she giggled in a video on her Instagram Story. "Oh I'm so tempted!" She went on to say: "But when you just know you're just asking for trouble... That means I'm going to say yes," before bursting out laughing. "F**k sake," she added before the video ended.

She then pleaded with her fans for advice on how to get kids to school on time on a Monday morning. "Also, if anyone can tell me the secret to getting three kids to school on time on a Monday morning I'd pay good money," she said. "It's just not working. It doesn't matter what time I get up, it doesn't matter how quick I try and be... Monday mornings, it's just not working!"
